Have Your Say!
Murray Bridge 360 sprintcar driver, Ryan Jones is the defending Australian 360 Sprintcar Champion. He won last year’s title on his home track from well back on the Championship grid, stunning ctitics with his superb drive. That made it two titles in a row for Jones having first won the title, again on his home track, in 2008.
Jones will be out for a ‘three-peat’ in this year’s title showdown. The event will once again be held at Murray Bridge Speedway on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 February.
Sprintcars Australia is inviting sprintcar fans to give their thoughts on how Ryan Jones will do in the defence of his title. Fans are invited to go to the Sprintcars Australia website – www.scca.com.au – and take part in this month’s poll. The poll can be found on the left-hand side of the home page with voting options. Just choose your option and submit your vote. Results will be released at the start of next month.
Last month’s poll produced some interesting statistics. Fans were asked what sprintcar racing meant to them. Was it a sport or was it entertainment?
Voting was split with 53% voting sprintcar racing as a sport and 47% voting it as entertainment.
